Volunteer Opportunities
Contributing to the Mayville UIP is a chance to make a real difference. While no financial allowance is provided for management fees or service provider overheads, your time and expertise help establish a sustainable model with shared responsibilities across the community.

We are seeking support from members to serve on the new UIP Board (nominations welcomed) and to assist with key areas and special projects, including:

Mayville Business Non-Profit Company, Directors & Steering Committee

Existing Company & Governance Structure –

A registered NPC currently exists to oversee the operations of the Mayville UIP.

Current Directors:

  • Rob Harvey – LR Foam
  • Saleem Buccas – Claydot

Current Steering Committee:
The Steering Committee responsible for guiding the formation of the UIP includes:

It is proposed that the existing NPC be used as the formal entity for the UIP. A new Board of Directors will be nominated by participating businesses and officially appointed to confirm use of this entity, which will provide governance and strategic direction.
